Resin Bound Driveway Kit 6.5kg (Pan Mixed)

The TrIDrive Bound Driveway Kit is the perfect kit for ensuring your stone does not budge. This two-part, Polyurethane system is hard-wearing and UV stable. This system has been specifically formulated for resin bound aggregate paving and driveway systems. It must be mixed with Klin dried Aggregate which is also available to purchase in a variety of colours 

Each pack consists of two components, a base and an activator component in sealed containers. TriDrive UV Resistant Resin System for Bound Paving currently comes in a 6.5kg pack size, which is designed for a 100kg aggregate blend, when using our own natural aggregates.

Our range of natural, kiln-dried aggregates is available in a 1mm-3mm, and 2mm-5mm range, ideal for the TriDrive system. Larger sized aggregates can be used with a corresponding adjustment to resin film thickness.

Shelf Life

Shelf Life of TriDrive UV Resistant Resin System for Bound Paving is 12 months when undercover in dry conditions. Do not allow extreme temperature fluctuations.

TriDrive is a permeable system and therefore SUDS compliant. SUDS (Sustainable Urban Drainage Systems) is the name given to the relevant UK Government legislation that came into effect in October 2008.  SUDS are surface waste and drainage management methods that are designed to tackle excess water in a sustainable and economical way compared to conventional systems. This is to prevent flooding, particularly in built-up areas.

TriDrive UV Resistant Resin System for Bound Paving has been developed as a SUDS compliant permeable system. TriDrive UVR allows water to soak through the surface, helping rapid surface water runoff that causes flooding.

Aftercare

A TriDrive UV Resistant Resin System for Bound Paving requires minimal maintenance. To Maintain the appearance of the surface, regular sweeping with a stiff brush to keep the area free from leaves, loose aggregates, and any other general detritus. Mechanical brushes with steel/metal bristles must not be used.  For any stains caused by oil spillages, most domestic detergents or degreasers can be used to remove ingrained dirt, with cold pressure washing. However,  care must be taken to avoid high-pressure jet washing.
