RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY

Please note: Customer is responsible to find their own carrier for a return.

(THIS IS DUE TO CUSTOMERS NOT BEING ON SITE WHEN PICK UPS ARE MADE AND FURTHER COSTS TO US)

Returns Procedure

All returns must be authorised in advance. Please contact us at info@apexfibreglassroofingsupplies.co.uk before returning any items to ensure your return is directed to the correct facility.

IMPORTANT: Do not send returns to TQ4 7BZ. This is a residential address and returns sent here cannot be processed.

Return Eligibility Period

We accept returns within 30 days of purchase. Returns requested after this period cannot be accommodated.

Damage Claims

Damaged items must be reported within 7 working days of receipt to enable Apex to file claims with our carriers. Damage claims submitted after this timeframe cannot be processed.

Return Conditions

To qualify for a return, items must be:

  • Unused and in original condition
  • In original packaging
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase or receipt

Items purchased and used for purposes other than intended cannot be returned or refunded.

Non-Returnable Items

The following categories are excluded from our returns policy:

  • Perishable goods (food, flowers, newspapers, magazines)
  • Intimate or sanitary goods
  • Hazardous materials
  • Flammable liquids or gases
  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software products
  • Certain health and personal care items

Do not return items to the manufacturer.

Partial Refunds

Partial refunds may be issued for:

  • Items showing signs of use
  • Opened media (CDs, DVDs, software, video games, vinyl records)
  • Items not in original condition, damaged, or missing parts (excluding damage caused by our error)
  • Items returned more than 30 days after delivery

Refund Processing

Upon receipt and inspection of your return, we will email you confirmation and notify you whether your refund has been approved or rejected. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund:

  1. Check your bank account
  2. Contact your credit card company (posting may be delayed)
  3. Contact your bank (processing time may apply)

Sale Items

Sale items are final and cannot be refunded. Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds.

Exchanges

We replace items only if defective or damaged. For exchanges, email info@apexfibreglassroofingsupplies.co.uk. Send items to:

Gift Returns

  • Items marked as gifts: You will receive a gift credit for the return value
  • Items not marked as gifts: Refunds will be issued to the original purchaser

Return Shipping

Please contact info@apexfibreglassroofingsupplies.co.uk for the correct return address.

Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility and are non-refundable. For refunded orders, return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund. "Free shipping" indicates shipping costs are included in the product price.

For items valued over £75, we recommend using tracked shipping or purchasing shipping insurance. Apex cannot guarantee receipt of untracked returns.
