Pro 25 GRP Fire Retardant Fibreglass Roofing Kits – 600gsm Heavy Duty are designed for projects that require increased strength, durability and fire resistance. Supplied with 600gsm fibreglass matting, these kits are ideal for larger flat roofs, commercial applications and areas exposed to higher stress.

GRP (Glass Reinforced Polyester), also known as fibreglass, is a cold-applied roofing system that forms a seamless, fully bonded and weatherproof surface. It offers excellent resistance to water, heat and frost, delivering a strong architectural finish with long-term performance when installed correctly.

Each kit includes fire-retardant resin, topcoat and fibreglass matting, with materials supplied to allow for 2–4m² excess coverage per kit. Resin usage is calculated at approximately 2kg per m², allowing for 10% wastage, while 10kg of topcoat covers up to 20m².

Kits are available to cover roof areas from 5m² to 100m², with the appropriate tool kit size required and selectable based on the coverage chosen. Catalyst quantities are adjusted seasonally to suit ambient temperatures, helping to ensure consistent curing while reducing waste.

Please note that resin, topcoat and catalyst may be dispatched separately and arrive at different times.
