Pro 25 Fire Retardant Topcoat is a high-quality GRP finishing topcoat designed for professional fibreglass roofing applications where enhanced fire performance and long-term durability are required. Finished in dark grey, this topcoat forms a tough, attractive surface that fully bonds to the underlying GRP roofing membrane.

Formulated as a low-odour, pre-accelerated resin, the topcoat is easy to apply using a roller or brush, making it suitable for both small repairs and large flat roof projects. When applied in one or two coats, it creates a seamless, maintenance-free finish that enhances the performance and lifespan of the roofing system.

The topcoat is UV resistant, weatherproof, and suitable for heavy foot traffic, making it ideal for flat roofs exposed to regular access and changing weather conditions. Its formulation includes special additives to reduce styrene emissions, improving on-site working conditions.

Pro 25 Fire Retardant Topcoat is cold-applied, heat resistant, storm proof, frost proof, and impact resistant, providing reliable protection across a wide range of environments. It is suitable for use on both domestic and commercial flat roofing systems.

Important: Catalyst is sold separately and must be added according to recommended guidelines.
