SHIPPING POLICY

Dispatch & Delivery Times

Orders placed before 12:00 PM will be dispatched the same working day. Most orders are delivered the next working day, with the exception of EPDM, Res-Tec, and Pro 25 products.

While our carriers maintain an excellent delivery success rate, next-day delivery cannot be guaranteed in all circumstances. We therefore specify a delivery window of 1-3 working days. Please allow additional time during peak seasons.

Delivery Coverage

We deliver to mainland United Kingdom addresses only.

Excluded Areas for GRP Products:

• Channel Islands
• Isle of Wight
• Isle of Man
• Scottish Islands
• Northern Ireland
• PO Box addresses (please call 0800 612 7903 for delivery costs)

Working Days

Orders are processed and dispatched on working days only (Monday to Friday, excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and bank holidays).

Important Delivery Information

Access Requirements
We assume all delivery addresses are accessible by standard delivery vehicles. If your delivery location has access restrictions (narrow lanes, height restrictions, weight limits, etc.), you must inform us at the time of ordering.

Delivery Reception
Apex uses specialist carriers for all deliveries. You are responsible for ensuring someone is available at the delivery address to sign for your order. While delivery instructions can be provided for smaller consignments, large orders typically require a signature and cannot be left unattended.
