Shipping Process,

All Orders ordered by 12 0 clock Will be dispatched that same day unless a 2-3 day delivery is specified, next day deliveries are therefore in the hands of the couriers

which have a very good success rate but next day is not always 100%.

So please allow enough time in peak season.

Postage to:The United Kingdom Main Land.

This Excludes : The Channel Islands.Isle Of Wight,Isle Of Man ,Scottish Islands,

Northern Ireland, and PO Box(please phone for a delivery cost)

Orders are Processed and deliveries undertaken during working days only.

Working days are Monday to Friday and do not include Saturdays or Sundays or bank Holidays.

Important delivery notice!

We will assume that all delivery addresses can be accessed easily by lorries,

if not it is your responsibility to inform us of any access restrictions to the delivery address at the time of the order.

Apex use specialist carriers to deliver your items. it is your responsibility to ensure that

someone is present at the delivery address to sign for your order.

Instructions can be given for smaller consignments, in most cases large orders cannot be delivered without a signature.
