Rubber Roofing is one of our lesser known groups of products, whilst alof of our trade customers have heard of it - most of our domestic customers have not - but they certainly like the sound of it, once we have explained it! Rubber Roofing, is also known as EPDM roofing - and it’s a product which has a massive amount going for it. It’s low cost, it’s easy to install, and is incredibly long lasting. Rubber Roofing supplied by us has an expected lifespan of over fifty years, withstanding everything that a punishing, winter and summer can provide. Looking further into the product range, one of the key benefits of rubber roofing is that it is naturally seamless, avoiding areas which are prone to leaking - such as joints in felt roofing. Maintenance is almost non existent, with rubber roofing requiring very little attention. There’s more positives too, EPDM roofing does a great job of insulating the home - with a variety of thicknesses available. It’s also excellent at reflecting sunlight too - keeping your property cooler during the warmer summer months. The appearance of this type of roof can also be altered, with a number of specialist paints available.
